I preordered my copy on the 12th of April so far I have only received 1 email which was the confirmation of the order. There isn't a promo code on that email. So I'm not sure if they have sent the promo code email out or what.
Same here, I just checked and the only #'s are the order #'s . The Info I have read is that we will recieve the access pass code prior to june 3rd via e-mail... that is all.
