I bought Asylum Deluxe Edition on iTunes right when it became available. It was printed on this site when I pre-ordered it, that enclosed would be a download code for DOD. There was none. This was the sole reason I bought an iTunes copy: So I could see DOD before getting the CD tomorrow. So what's the deal? Was the code supposed to be sent to my e-mail, or what? Because I checked there, too, and nothing.

I also noticed DOD is in the "Videos" section of the iTunes LP with the Dissected bits, but where those are clickable and playable, when I click DOD, nothing happens (obviously, as I still haven't gotten to download it). If I bought an iTunes copy just to have for this sole reason and this doesn't work, I'm going to be a very unsatisfied customer. Help, please.
