I'm still on a high from last night's concert in Myrtle Beach S.C.!!! WOOOOOHOOOOOOO!!!!! Let me start off by saying I was born and raised (on a cattle ranch)in Illinois. I'm an Artist who gets bored doing the same thing too much, so I've spent most of my life traveling around, moving state to state, doing my thing just living life however it comes. Unfortunately, my Dad was diagnosed with M.S. & my Mom found out she had A.L.S.a few yr's later. I was taking Care of them both at Home on Hospic care when Disturbed first came on the scene. It was through their music that I was able to release alot of the frustration, aggression and anger that I had been dealing with. It was also where I found the strengh to get through the pain of watching those that you love suffer so horriably. Mom passed in Oct.05, I saw my first Disturbed Concert On Thanksgiving Night @ the H.O.B.'s in Chi-Town one month later. It was Wicked Cold standing in line that night as the freezing Chicago wind whipped at us, but it was worth it all... The Guys were AMAZING! I've been to quite a few more since then, traveling out of state a couple of times. After all I luv to travel and I luv Disturbed, why Not! So, here's the funny part... I live in Augusta Ga.now, but I still have my Illinois drivers license. As I'm going though the line, the security guy ask's for my id. I whip out the ol' Illinois , and the look on his face... he just raised his eyebrows and looked at me . All I could think to say was " I'm a really Dedicated Fan!" he just smiled and shook his head... ROCK ON!
