4 Pissed Off People in Tampa
At this point I'm wanting to kill someone at Warner Bros for this cluster f***. I had to move on June 1 for work and started letting them know I needed to move May 1. They kept telling me that they can't change the shipping address, but everything would be shipped via UPS, so I could contact them to work something out. Then I find out on June 3 (after I've moved) that the discs were actually shipped USPS 3rd Class Mail... And to top it all off, 3rd class is one of the few types of shipping methods that the United States Postal Service WON'T FORWARD.
So I have no discs.... no access codes... And Spoox let me know that Tampa show is full now and my buddy and I (as well as our girls) are the biggest Disturbed fans (got pit tickets to the show the minute the presale started). I am so pissed right now I can't even see straight. Oh, but Warner was sure to charge my credit card for sending my order to whomever rents the place I was living at before.
I guess this is what you get when you preorder something over 2 months in advance..... forgotten.
I still love Disturbed, but their "official" promoters who are responsible for this are idiotic d1ck suckers (with the exception of MusicToday - those guys rock IMO).
Please share any similar cluster f***s.

Still no access code for me.
I'm still waiting for my code from WB. Missing the chance to attend the VIP party is a bit of a let down for me too but considering I attened one in Orlando back in 2006 and met the guys, It makes this whole ordeal less bothersome for me. Right now I just want my access code to view and enjoy the site further.

But you might want to tone down the anger just a bit. Believe me, I'm just as pissed (if not more so), but complaining is more of an art than a shouting match... because once people start screaming and shouting, unless they get press coverage, most people turn a deaf ear. Pleading your case will get more done, from what I've seen thus far.
Sounds like you ordered your's less than 24 hours earlier than I ordered mine. Maybe there was a problem with the truly early orders that haven't been discovered until now. I'll give this a while longer before turning my attention to the main Warner Bros office and group responsible for the RSVP Codes. But seriously, try to bring it down a notch. I promise more people will read if you do.

I agree WB droppped the ball big time but some is on your end as well. The CD did ship late, But if you pre-ordered the LE or CE there was an E-mail sent to the E-mail you gave them. In that E-mail is the codes you needed to hold your spot in the pre-party. So The pre-party had nothing to do with the delayed shipment. The E-mail was a bit cryptic on how to add the code to an existing account ( took me about 1/2 hr to get the code added ) but it was possible.

I ORDERED MY L.E. CD/DVD ONLINE 4-9-08 - RECEIVED EMAIL PROMO MAY 30 AND THE FUCKING CODE DID NOT WORK - IT TOOK TIL 6-4-08 TO GET A PROMO CODE THAT WORKED! THEN BY THE TIME IT WORKED ALL SPOTS TAKEN! THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE FUCKED THE FANS LIKE THEY HAVE DONE! WB - I MEAN - THIS SITE - WHOMEVER IS TO BLAME AS I KNOW IT WAS NOT THE BAND - THEY ARE NOT THAT LOW.. THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR FANS!

No EMail was Ever Sent
I read ALL of my mail... junk mail included. I essentially live on my computer doing Tech Support and have tons to time to sift through messages. I emailed WB SC and was told the emails would be sent late April, then late May, now it's June 5th and no email has ever shown up.
I'm glad you got your email, but please don't assume that just because you're stuff worked out correctly that it must have worked correctly for everyone else.
PS - I've got no problem getting to the screen to enter the code for a pre-existing account. I simply have NO CODE to enter.

Only 25 admitted per show
Only 25 admitted per show seems a bit too "exclusive." I'm sure there are some people out there who only ordered so that they could sell access. I've already seen one guys selling access to the Tampa VIP Party for $500.
If the party was going to be that exclusive, they needed to have access granted much in the same way they do for pre-sales. Distribute all codes first to people who have purchased codes, then open all VIP Parties at the same time for registration and disallowing people from registering for multiple shows.
Doing anything else seems a tad unfair, biased and bordering on deceptive sales tactics.

I definitely plan on doing whatever it takes to get this taken care of. At this point though, I'm just mad that I put my trust in a company - I feel like a fool for believing anything would be handled properly.
Then again, things do tend to go from bad to worse in these cases, right?

I know exactly how you feel. :( I am still awaiting my cd that was supposed to be shipped may 29th. wtf? the damn cd has been out now for 2 days and i still have no clue what it sounds like. :( I have learned my lesson about preordering from WB, won't be happening again.

because out of the 3 times I've called since June 1, I've been told the package was shipped May 29, June 2, and June 3. makes me wonder how they actually know it was shipped to begin with :-/
