Who Do We Complain To? Officialy
I would like to know who we would officially complain to.
There are a few things that just don't match up. I have a few, but just to give you one. When we preordered the Limited Edition CD, we were told that we would be notified as to when we needed to RSVP for the whole VIP thing and I never got any kind of notification. I try to come on as often as possible but I do have a job and kids and a life to tend to. So as much as I would like to... I can't be online every minute of every day to check on something. You would think members could be provided with a bit of useful info.

What show did you RSVP'd for?
I have send everyone that RSVP'd a message over the last several days. Also on the community page it has been saying for a few days already to contact me ASAP if you have not heard from me.
That's the thing.
I was not able to RSVP. Once I got the email for buying the LE Pkg. I went online and it said that you had to register. It also said that people would be notified. I signed up and checked the site and my email off and on. I dont live online so I am wondering why there was no email notification to members.

this was a problem that alot of people went through, one of them being myself.
the RSVP's already ended since the mayhem tour already started
to get access to your inside the fire code, you gotta get ahold of the customer service peoples from where you ordered the cd, the warner bro's records CSR
email them, give them ur invoice or order number * i believE*
but yeah spots for RSVP are done with. outta luck.

I got the codes that was fine. I only had a problem with not getting any notification for the rsvp. I was pissed! No point in it anymore. Concert is over with... love them love their show... disappointed in the people who are running shit though.
