I remember the first time I heard about Disturbed, it was the moment when things seem to be very obscured. I was searching for something that seemed to fit me. A friend of mine, who was also feeling the same way, found out about Disturbed, told me to check it out and to see if this band would "help me" in my situation.
So, I gave them a try and before you knew it, I was hooked. The rythm, the lyrical poetry, the sound of power, as I describe it, made the world seem less obscured. And through the progression of Disturbed, I began to understand things better. My state of mind grew, matured to a state where things were balanced. I took to heart the stories that David sang, and I learned to be thankful at what I already have.
Today, I thank Disturbed for helping me, even though we never met in real life, understand and appreciate my life. I am now engaged, about to embark on a new journey, and still jammin' to Disturbed.
And so I thank Disturbed for being a part of my life and I do wish them the best. Maybe someday I will be able to thank them personally. Live free, and enjoy the moments you have living in this world, cherish those around you and your life will be blessed.
