bro i totaly understand where your coming from but check this out, i had pre orderd my LE Weeks in advance to the release date and i had gotten mine on the release date. when i went to regrestur for a party i had no code. i just now finialy got ahold of a code from the Custmer service ppl at WB and the damn thing is full. i got fucked!!!!!!!!!!

If the people at WB are working hard to get everything out for us....what I don't understand is why not send an email to all of us letting us know that our orders were going to be late. Are they trying to say that they had no clue our LEs were going to not be delieverd on or before the release date? I find that very hard to believe. It may not have been the greatest response to get an email like that, but I'll tell you what, it would have been a whole lot better than the way they are handling it now. For instance, they should have sent an email like this to the people whos LEs were going to be late:

Dear____,

Thank you for pre-ordering your copy of the Limited Edition of Indestructible. This is email is being sent to let you know that the shipment of your order has experienced a delay. You should be receiving your order within ___ days. We have anticipated your disappointment in not receiving your copy on or before June 3, so we would like to offer you the option of either a signed lithograph, a credit to your account for ____ dollars or a complimentary t-shirt with our apologies.

Please fill out the attached form and email to __________. You will receive an automated confirmation that your returned form was received. Your complimentary gift or credit will be issued within ______ days.

Again, thank you for your pre-order and we once again sincerely apologize for your inconvenience and disappointment.
