Oh, the disappointment...
I logged onto Ticketek at exactly 2.00pm ready for the Pre-Sale to start and was stunned to find that the allocation of reserved seating was already exhausted. I can't work out how that's possible - I guess the seats have gone to radio stations etc. so that they can give them out as prizes.
Good luck to anyone else buying in the Pre-sale. If you want to go down into the circle pit you'll have no trouble - I'm too old to want to get in there!! I was really counting on a front row seat, right near the stage, like I got last time.
Oh well, I guess I'll be waiting at the doorstep of the Westpac Centre at 9am on Thursday to get a ticket when they go on general sale.

Re: the disappointment
I had the same feeling at 2pm today - couldn't beleive it! So I rung the 0800 number and talked to ticketek, there was a 'website glitch' Which they sorted out by 3ish today, which is when I got my 'old' people seats.
Try again dude! Got my fingers crossed for you.
On a second note, looks like they are only using half the stadium, makes me wonder if they'll offer 'extra seats' later on when these have all sold well. Jeez I luv Ticketek.
Check back after pre-sales.
Normanly 99% of the time, pre-sale tickets are always for General Admission. When tickets go on sale to the the general public, that's when reserved seating goes on sale.
The way they figure it, fans would prefer to be in GA rather than reserved seating. So check back when tickets go on sale to the general public. That's when you will find reserved seating tickets available.
I myself prefer reserved seating. Especially if it's an all day concert. There's no point in trying to hold your spot in General Admission while pissing in your pants at the sametime. Reserved seating gives you more freedom of movement during an all day rock concert while being able to keep your seat. You can also go for more BEER RUNS with reserved seating. :)

The best seats are ALWAYS
The best seats are ALWAYS taken on the pre-sales. Makes me wonder, too! :(
Never Slow Down, Never Grow Old...
you will only get told to
you will only get told to stand up anyway lol (or someone might sit down on the stage again)
Stand the fuck up...
Ah the memories of the last time they played Christchurch :)
Mr Draiman certainly doesn't pull any punches with his crowd and I don't think anyone sat down again through the whole show.
I remember the whole section I was sitting in stood up at the same time as soon as they stepped on the stage...so cool!!
I can't wait
"Why do you keep playing around with my narrow scope of reality?"

do you think it could have been a timezone error? just a thought too late to matter anyways.
