Please Help

Hello fellow DISTURBED fans,

I have recently finished writing my first novel. I feel that I owe DISTURBED each a copy of my book because it was their music that filled my ears during the months while I was writing. It would be meaningful to me personally if I could directly give the copies of the book to the band so I can let them know that their music was a great inspiration.

I feel like I owe them because without their music my book would not be what it is today.

I plan to attend the Mayhem Fest in Englewood, Colorado on July 20. If anyone knows how to get back stage passes, or knows someone who could issue them, please help me out.

If I have to travel to a concert in a different state to meet them, I'd be willing.

I will appreciate any help I can get.

Well, if you have the VIP passes from preordering the Limited Edition, then you will probably meet the band. You may want to have someone apprise them previously that you plan to give them novels, so that they are not taken off guard and tell them your story. good luck on this though!

Thank you for your help. I actually wondered if that would work, but then I thought that a ton of people are going to be getting V.I.P's with the special edition so it might be more hectic and difficult...but it is definitely worth a shot.

yeah, that's what i would think too, but ya know, at least you get to meet them briefly, so if they're informed beforehand, they might be able to take a little more time with you. also, could leave your address with them in case they wanted to respond to it.

The band has been known to do Meet-and-Greets sometimes for members of their fan club, so as Mayhem Fest approaches, keep your eyes and ears open as some of those may be announced. Other than that, I don't have any suggestions on where to catch them offstage.
