Indestructible

Last week I asked fans their favorite Disturbed album. The results are as follows:

The Sickness: 2
Believe: 2
Ten Thousand Fists: 1
Indestructible: 4

Indestructible won! Though I wish I'd had more replies.

all of

all of them

Owen"Midget"Goodman

well, when i first heard

well, when i first heard disturbed in guitar hero, and i wanted to download "stricken", i accidentaly had downloaded "stupify" and i had started to get more songs of them, but when indestructible caem, i just thought "i need to get that album". since i live in latin america and rock/metal isn“t influential in my city (but pretty popular) i had to download it.

right now i have to say my favorite albums are indestructible and ten thousand fists.

sorry!

I didn't respond to that thread. Simply because I don't know.
I have no idea which my favourite album is. When I listen to Disturbed, I have all 4 albums in my playlist and shuffle the songs. That's the fascinating thing about this band: every single song on every single album is great (It's so true what Mike and John said in that interview with Metalshrine - see Disturbed1Huerta's post). There are maybe 2 or 3 songs that I like a tiny bit less than others, and sometimes I remove the 'softer' songs from the playlist when I go running (like 'Darkness', which I love as a song, but it's not really suitable for serious physical exercise :P).

Actually I take back that apology: I'm not sorry. I like all albums. I don't even have favourite songs, because there's too many of them!
I can answer the question for running though: the top 3 best songs during a good, long run in my opinion are 'Down With The Sickness', 'Meaning Of Life' and, of course, 'Indestructible'.
I last re-arranged my running playlist, placing these songs towards the end of the list, you know, when you're already tired and have less than 20 minutes to go, then you're really in need of that energy-burst. And guess what, it took off 1,5 minutes (not seconds, minutes!) off my best time!

"Never tell me the odds"

Not a big deal

I found that many fans were unable to choose, I can't blame them, every album is incredible. My own opinion on which is the best changed when, just today, my copy of Believe arrived. The Night is still my favorite song, but Believe, as a whole, has all of my favorite qualities from the other three.

Like The Sickness, it is just pure, raw, Disturbed
Like 10,000 Fists, all of the songs seem to follow a similar theme
Like Indestructible, it is impossible to argue one song over another

But, I understand how impossible it is to name which one is the best because they are all incredible albums, this is Disturbed we're talking about:) So, I would just like to state that The Sickness, Believe, Ten Thousand Fists, and Indestructible are the four greatest albums in the history of music!
