Do NOT confuse this with my previous blog asking for the darkest, this is not about songs that are just plain creepy, this is about brutality, pissed-off-edness. The most brutal song that comes to mind for me is Butcher's Hook by Slipknot. Don't confuse brutality with how heavy the hits are, base your judgement off of lyrics.

Five Finger Death Punch -
Five Finger Death Punch - "Monster" This song is total pissedoff-edness(quoting you knightfall)
"Give into the Night."

Don't think I've heard that one
I wish I could get one of their CDs, but no stores near me sell them, and I don't have a credit card to order one with.
"The sun shall fall into darkness" -The Darkness
Zero Comfort Margin - Circle
Zero Comfort Margin - Circle of Dead Children
That song alone beats all of the songs listed so far, and this is one of CODC's weaker songs.
Attention mallcore re-re's: If you want brutal, check out some grindcore and death metal songs.

That's a tough one if you're
That's a tough one if you're judging brutalness by the lyrics. When i think brutal lyrics The Acacia Strain comes to mind. The majority of their lyrics are fucking ridiculous. Look at "Baby Buster" off of their new album. Pretty fucked up if you ask me.
Indestructible, determination that is incorruptible
The Acacia Strain
They were pretty good in concert, though White Chapel outplayed them in the show I went to. If you want brutal, look to The Agony Scene, as I've said before. My friend described one of their songs as "...a crowbar to the face." They may not be the MOST brutal, but I'd say moreso than any listed yet. The Syncope Threshold can be brutal in places as well, you should check them out too.
Agony Scene:
The Darkest Red:
"I bleed this blasphemy, this sin that courses through my veins. It burns beneath the scars of my decay. This suffering, These fingers claw against my flesh. I pray for this touch that takes away my breath. I pray for death.
this is my final breath, the choking end of misery. My walls collapse. I pray for death. This is my final breath. Peel back the flesh to watch it bleed. The Darkest Red. I pray for death."

haha yeah i noticed that. kinda funny. but yeah i've heard of Protest the Hero, I just haven't given them enough listens. from what i've heard, they're decent, not a huge fan, bet they're certainly not something i'd shy away from.
Indestructible, determination that is incorruptible
PTH
is my jam haha. amazing dual guitar, imaginative vocals and lyrics, badass bass, and cool band members who just like to have fun, make music and get drunk and party haha

Hmmmm...
I know what's brutal....anything by Fergie. It's brutal to my ears at least.
But to me A7X's A Little Piece of Heaven (music video) made the draw drop a little....then laugh my ass off.
Have you seen the video?
THAT will make you laugh your ass off, one of my favorite songs.
"The sun shall fall into darkness" -The Darkness
Yes.
and yea i did too. tho i can't say im a big fan now after seeing them 2x in concert and being disappointed both times.
the first time at ozzfest, they had no energy on stage. the sound wasn't all that great either. and the lead singer's presence was more of a hip-hop/rap style than metal/rock.
the 2nd time well lead singer man looked like he belonged in a calvin klein add. leather jacket, sunglasses (inside?)...then they "cheated" and guitar solos were cut and dubbed in (phil may have mentioned it).
but i do like that song and vid.
Yeah
I've not seen them in concert (unless you count Live in the LBC), but I've seen M. Shadows, he looks more hip-hop than metal, but Synyster Gates and The Rev are fuckin' sick, and their albums ROCK.
The vid's hilarious, laughed till I almost pissed myself.
