i'm reading alot of similar stories on here about the way we all got fucked by warner brothers....for instance, i pre ordered my cd on april 11th and it is now june 3rd and not only have i not received my 2 cds , i haven't even received a confirmation that it has been shipped........THIS IS BULL SHIT!@!!!
I ended up getting a copy from i tunes but that's beside the point....and when i called?...i got an answering service saying "the operator is not in at this time...goodbye"....FUCK YOU......GEE I WONDER WHY I COULDN'T GET ANYONE!~!!!!!!!!!!!!there has got to be something we can ALL DO TOGETHER!!!!...they shouldn't be aloud to get away w/ this...if anyone has any sane ideas i'm game...........and another thing unless they offer the earth wind and sun i will NEVER PRE ORDER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

Finally got a hold of them
818-846-9090 is warner music group or whatever company that you need to get a hold of. They will ask for your order number and then they ask you to confirm the address. After that little conversation they will tell you that they were sent out on a certain day, so they would reach your place of residence on June third. After they go on and on about that shit, they tell you that they are not liable for it not being at your house on time because it was sent through normal mail, and that if it isn't at your house ten days after June third, then you should call the number again and they will do something, I'm not quite sure what, but that was all I was told. This situation sucks ass.

Yeah, I was all excited
Yeah, I was all excited today...I even met the mailman at the mailbox and I got all excited to see a package being handed to me...I flipped out in joy, only to realize that it was addressed to my mom and it was my graduation pictures...can you imagine the disappointment? Yeah, I don't know that there is really anything that we can do, but I hope that Disturbed notices that a lot of us who have pre-ordered our CD's have gotten screwed by WB, or the post office (but highly doubtful since it's not just people in my area). I know of two other people in my area that have not received their copies either. Luckily I went to hot topic to get a t-shirt today and they were doing a deal where you get the special dvd/cd with a purchase of a shirt for only $25. I did that and got the CD for only like six dollars. I love the CD, but I want my special edition one that I ordered forever ago! This sucks some major butt, if I do say so myself.

I WISH I had an answer of what we could possibly do....but in all reality, what CAN we do? I guess we could just not order anymore...or, we could all just download the damn thing from a torrent site....but even that is not justice. I really have no damn clue...maybe have us all sign something to show that we got screwed, but who the hell are we gonna send it to? A lawyer?? I don't have an answer except to cancel my order....but I'd rather just wait it out....there are people who don't even have the chance to own a copy at all.

Lets see if they compensate us for shafting us like that. I finally got my confermation it was shipped yesterday by normal snail mail. Maybe I will see it by Thursday. When thye messed up with Guild Wars Factions Collectors edition they gave us an in-game item no one else could get as an apology. Let's see if WB does an apology gift to all of us who they guaranteed it's arrival on the 3rd and failed at their job to deliver.

I went to the WB website...these fuckers are hard to find. I am writing a complaint to EVERYONE's email that is up on the site. Since I don't know where exactly to complain to. I hope that we all receive some sort of bonus, since this situation sucks balls.
