Here Is What I think happened
What I think happened with the orders was the demand was so much that the system couldn't handle it. I know it took me 3 hours to get the code working. I did not give up and finally got in i was thinking to myself who am I kidding I won't get a spot guess what I did and I was so suprised. I ordered my cd/dvd online edtion of Indestructible on may3rd and got exactly on june 3rd. I wanted to make sure it was sent and it was I figured ok i will wait until the releasse date and see what happens when I came home from work I was told it was there 9:30 am. It sounds like the system couldn't handle the order load. I got the code several days before the release date. I also know that if your security settings are to high most emails will be considered spam. I had that happened before.I Love the new cd don't get me wrong I loved the other releases but this one is the darkest and heaviest that I heard from the band.

bullshit
i ordered mine around the same day, had no idea that the code was coming via email till i got the cd/dvd, and i got it 4 days late... and it was sent out from aurora, il and i live only 2 hrs away in down state illinois ....WTF. i only hope the guys in Disturb see all this bullshit that their record company fucked up on and offer something to those of us that didn't get a fighting chance to get into the vip party
Don't count on it...
This is nothing new. I expected this shit to happen. Many people who joined the fan club didn't get the merchandise they paid for. The BAND was informed of this and asked to at least acknowledge it via a message through Spoox or any fan with forum access ('cuz they were "locked out" of their own forum, right.) Nothing. One of the fan club perks was supposed to be a giveaway of 5 autographed Maya guitars. NOT. They don't give a fuck. And they probably think anyone who complains is an "overzealous fan" taking shit too seriously.
People have made excuses for them for a couple of years now... "They're only human... They're busy touring... They love their fans, it's the record company's fault..." If that's what you want to believe, whatever. Personally, I'm not buying it. I have a very busy life too. If something was promised to someone in MY NAME, I'd be damned if I wouldn't take extra steps to see that they GOT it - or were compensated in another way if something got fucked up.
They're bigger than us now.

"All your belief cannot absolve your sin."
I totally agree with you.
I totally agree with you. When you get shit like this its suppose to be a level playing field, but when people get their code days before the album is released, thats fucked up. If the band see or hears about any of this they should have WBR make it up to those of us who got screw out of even having a chance to get a spot. I bought the album so I could get a chance but that didn't even happen. Been checking my email for weeks since I bought it and I've gotten nothing. Except for the emails I sent to fansupport, thats it and I still haven't heard back.
