WHAT IS WB's PHONE NUMBER - LIMITED EDITION STILL NOT RECEIVED

Can someone please give me the phone number that some of you have called to check up on the status of your order? I have my confirmation number from the email when I placed my order, but there was no number to call.

Please help.

It's very hard to avoid falling for the OKEEDOKE.....I guess in the end we hope that one time we will actually get what we are paying for and promised.

They probably won't credit, refund or give anything extra for their fuck up. It's going to be another fiasco like the guitars that were never given out from "The Disturbed Ones" Fan Club.

I know you're right. I was a TDO member as well and was waiting for the whole guitar give-a-way to happen that never did. Wasn't the last thing that was said was that the guitars were shipped and were going to be given away, but they weren't signed...and that was after we were told that the band FINALLY had the guitars to sign. HA!! Fucking horrible.

Anyway, I know you're right. Well, you know what they say "fool me once, shame on you--fool me twice, shame on me." Why do we keep falling for the false promises???

Call 1-866-759-4843 and give them your confirmation number. They should be able to tell you if it's shipped or still sitting in the warehouse.

Yes, I actually looked up on the WB Website to see if I could find the number and you are correct. I called, and it looks like it shipped yesterday (6/2/08) and the method of shipping I chose was standard shipping, so it looks like it will be here next week (which sucks of course since I placed my order on April 9 and expected it to be here on or before the release date). They said maximum time for standard shipping is 7-10 business days, so I'm hoping it will be sooner. More than likely, they said I should have it next week.

I really think that a credit should be issued to all of us...or at least some type of perk or extra gift of some sort to make up for this.
