Now this is getting kinda ridiculous...

It's now been roughly 7 days since the street release date and I STILL have not received my 2 Limited Edition CD's/DVD's. I could deal with a few days late, but this is almost a week late, and I pre-ordered April 16th!!! I mean, come on, what gives? I spent almost $85 and (believe it or not!) I've already been charged and haven't even seen my 2 purchased items! Anyone have the number to call and find out where my shit is?? Thanks all!

If it was easy, it wouldn't make sense, and if it made sense, it wouldn't be easy.

The number for Customer Service is (866)759-4843. I spoke with 7 different Representatives and they each gave me a different response, soo good luck with it. They claim to charge your account after it has physically shipped from their warehouse, supposedly somewhere in Illinois.
