?Inside The Fire Code?

So does anyone know how to contact Warner Bros. and get them to resend your code for Inside The Fire? Because I never received it, my dad used his email for the preorder, and he says he never got it...

Was the code meant for just pre-order, or just a purchase period? I bought my copy today, but didn't find a code :(
