ACCESS & PROMOTION CODES
AM I THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS AN ACCESS CODE THAT WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO ACCESS..... I AM SO BUMMED FUKIN OUT NOW. EXCITED AS COULD BE . THEN IT DID NOT WORK.......THX MY BROTHERS & SISTERS!

How to redeem your code WITHOUT changing username or email
Ok, here is what I did: I logged in and then went to either "My Profile" or "my account" there should be a field where you can enter your promo code. It's not there now for me but that's because I already entered it and, obviously, you can only enter a code once. Once you enter your promo code and submit (or enter or whatever it says) you should be all good to go.

Ok, I think Cherna was correct. I may have been mistaken on the area where I entered the code. Try this:
Log in under your username and password and then go to where the guy looks like he ripped a whole in the background where it says "Get Inside The Fire." There should be a field where you can redeem your code. Type it in EXACTLY how it looks and then submit.
Let me know if that works for you.

Received Code but...
I received the code today (in an email...haven't received the album) and when I try to use it, it says my username and email are already used. This is after many, many "server cannot be found" error messages. I'm assuming the promo code we were emailed was for a forum-type area of this site instead of this blog stuff? Am I right. I wrote to the support address and nothing yet. I don't wanna have to change my username.....or email.

...right under the grinning smile on the left hand side of the screen where it said "Inside the Fire". I think it said enter access code here, or something like that. I just clicked on that and it asked for my code and I entered it.
