Well I will start by saying the entire day was fucking great! Disturbed just blows my mind every time I see them! And apparently my eardrum. The ear is still ringing! We were five rows from the stage which may seem far but wasn't! I would have loved the pit but being 5'4" I usually get stuck behind large men and can't see a thing! From this place ladies I could see Dan's lovely smile perfectly!

Me and my boyfriend also got to go to the Meet & Greet which was SEPARATE from the whole VIP thing. We had to buy either The Sickness or Indestructible for 12.00, and stood in line to meet them. Was a great experience. My second time meeting them but my boyfriends first! I was happy for him. He got a picture with Dan.

The only upsetting thing was that, for me, they didn't play long enough and they didn't play much off the new album. However I am sure there is going to be a MAAW IV and I'll be there.

Dragonforce was GREAT! I have only seen them once before at Ozzfest but really enjoyed them much more this time! They are ALL about the fans! Their showed is very fan-oriented!

Slipknot I've seen before & enjoyed them as well. I was however worn out after going nuts for Disturbed.

The VIP for our venue was fine. The actual place itself was very nice. There was a large bar (and smaller one that wasn't open) under a tent with televisions and tables. A grassier area with more tables with umbrellas. More tables and chairs near the small bar that were I guess bar stool height. There was a water fountain in the middle with benches to sit on. There were private bathrooms for our use (with necessities provided for us ladies if needed) that had air conditioning (wasn't on-wasn't that hot out at all). We didn't have free food or drinks though. The provided a buffet for 20 bucks where you could eat 2x from during the day. The free Rockstars were given out in another area. But none-the-less it was a nice perk to have just to get away from the masses of sweaty people to relax in shade, or sun, use the rest room, have a drink and chill.

All in all a WONDERFUL day!
