Hey guys, i'm kinda pissed off..i bought asylum yesterday and was really excited to download decade of disturbed..but the really awesome description of going to disturbed1.com and there redeem the code brought some problems..where to redeem it ?
after an eternity of searching i noticed that i can enter a code if i'm not logged in on the DOD part of the side..but does this also count for the code from the cd ? because when i entered it it didnt work... or do i have to enter that one somewhere else ? Are there people who have the same problem ?

mine worked now
i went to DOD and entered the code and it said invalid. than i went to the decade of disturbed banner thing on the right side and it worked it asked me that it isnt suitable for all audiences than gave me a bunch of different file types to download...im downloading it right now
do u know how i download the decade of disturbed documentary????
i have tries to put e code labeled in the cd i bought but it says its invalid.what i do wrong??

Seems there's little to no intention of sorting this. On the other hand my Stone Sour CD/DVD set contained all that it said it would.

This is geting redecolous. Can someone please fix this. people payed good money for this. It would have been mutch easyer if they did like Maiden where you just put your cd in and the web page makes sure the cd is valid without some stupid code.

Same here, not only that. I paid a premium price from play.com and expected a disc with the video on, just like my Seether, Linkin Park and so on. I DID NOT expect to have to bloodydownload (or not) the damn thing. I could have and should have just bought the cheapo version. Have been taught a lesson here today.
