I tried to order this version (well, had to get my dad to cause I have no credit record and cant get a credit card) because it has the extra track, but apparantly it cant be shipped to Canada. is there any place I could get the extra track after Indestructible is released as well as the other songs Disturbed has made that were not on the regular versions of the albums The Sickness, Believe, and Ten Thousand Fists? (I have Music As A Weapon II, but if there are non live versions of the songs on that I would like to have those as well,).

No, i definitly have no luck! Just read that DISTURBED will play at a festival in vienna, austria (where i come from) - on exactly the day my mother comes here to crete, greece (where i live) to visit us. no way i can up and leave then. it's like everything is working against me. at least i was able to watch the show in kuwait on youtube, but it is obviously not the same....
well, stop whining girl and get a grip! i still have the music.
