i ordered two of the internet only cds and i recieved them on time but guess what? no promotional code so that i can register my vip passes...

I pre-ordered my cd that was guarteneed delivery by the release date on the 3rd, I FINALLY got it on the 7th.....so yeah I was psyched to get the cd even if it was extremely late, and thought it was going to be really cool to RSVP to the party...but guess what.....I'm fucked again the damned things full. Perhaps if I hadn't received my cd so fucking late I could have got reservered for the party. I'm totally sickened at this whole crap process and feel I've wasted money. I could have gotten the cd for 20 less at best buy, I spent an extra 20 bucks for a bigger cd case, as DVD that I don't want, and a plastic pass that gets me nowhere, not to mention I had to wait days and days to hear the new cd. Disturbed should be doing something about this, its your most loyal fans that are getting screwed over.

I pre-ordered the CD from WB the same as meany of you, when I purchased my advanced Mayhem Fest tickets. I ordered on 4/408.

I still haven't received my CD.

I live in St. Louis. I have seen Disturbed in St. Louis, CLevland, and Chicago. I don't mind spending money on a band I love but let me say this:

I will steal this fucking CD on the internet and any other WB CD from here on out.

WB could distribute music in a better way, but choose not to. When I try to adhere to their method, I get fucked. Now hopefully the band will fuck the fuckers.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who didn't get the pre-order. I want by fucking copy of the album and my Rockstar Mayhem fest past or is that a lie too!!!! Get everyone's hopes up and then lie to them. I work for one of the worlds largest companies and people get fired for these kind of fuck-ups. At least have the courtesy to send out and e-mail explaining what the hell is going on, thats the least y'all could do!!!

i have been a disturbed fan for quite sometime now, so when i heard that i can pre-order my copy of the album and get extra stuff i figured why not. and that was about 2 months ago on April 10th, so come to find out on the day of the release (with no email notice might i add) that my order has been cancelled due to an inssuficient amount. so now i'm thinking what's the point of pre-ordering a copy if i'm not going to get it. and i've noticed that i'm not the only one who's had this problem. i feel that it's very dissapointing to us as Disturbed fans to be let down like this. so now i'm wondering who do i take this up with, because now i demand to have the special edition copy of Disturbed. and i'm sure everybody else would like that as well. so whoever out there reads this if maybe you can help me out and let me kno' who do i take this issue to. now i am still going to be a Disturbed fan for life, i just feel that someone has a lot of explaining to do.!!!

I pre-ordered mine back on May 1st and spoke to customer service today and it still hasn't shipped from the warehouse. So much for getting my fucking copy of the album on the release date as promised. Warner Bros. sucks!!!

So if we preordered the CD, will they be arriving on the release date or "do good things come to those who wait"? I can't wait to pop it into my stereo.
