how long will the shows be avaliable? for instance, once the tour ends, do the downloads remain for a specific amount of time? will they become unavaliable after a given amount of time? also, whats the point of preordering. since its a download, theres no chance of "running out" is there? or will there only be a limited number of downloads per show?

finally, metallica did this for some of their recent shows and they offered a FLAC (lossless quality) version of the shows for a little more money. will this be a possibility if not now, but at some point for perhaps future tours?
