I was at the concert in Houston and seeing one man get thousands of people call out USA was amazing. In some ways, David has more power than anyone in government when it comes to fans. Disturbed motivates the shit out of me..I stationed in Korea. (you guys should do an mwr tour here for the service members here!!) I was marine 2001-2005. Now im a soldier and everytime i hear the music i use as a weapon to do anything it is so motivational it make me feel like I can do anything.

The Marines rock. Dave your awesome, very thoughtful. I have been on two tours to Iraq and I am proud to be from the United States of America. I pray each day for each innocent life that is taken. The media does not show a lot of positive things, as we see that here in our own Country as well. We appreciate the Support everyone gives all us Soldiers. I can not imagine what the Vietnam Vets, Korean War, etc...went thru coming home after the war. I know one damn thing...I was truly proud of them standing in line each time I got off a plane, standing there greeting us, telling us that would never happen to us. Anyway. That was awesome. You guys rock, i seen yall live in Atlanta, GA a few years a back, was just me and my dad, yall were after Flyleaf and Stone Sour, i was about 16 i wanna say, we are so deep into yalls music, the lyrics are just insane, I joined the Army 20 months ago and got stationed in Vicenza, Italy. Sucks cuz i wont be able to travel around and get to see some more awesome concerts from ya'll, i still to this very day dream and chant the music of that night i seen yall, I promised my old man when i get back from Italy that the first thing i was gonna do was buy some tickets and go see yall again, i really wanna go on tour with yall, would be so kick ass and a dream come true, be with the greatest band ever, you guys rock and me and my family greatly appreciate all that yall do with supporting me and my battle buddies out on the field, yall are my motive, yall keep rocking out and keeping safe, hope yall will see this and maybe decide to come play on base for us a few times, would be awesome because we have bands come play on post all the time. I want to thank you David and the other band members for helping me through hard times when i was deployed to Iraq. Your music kept me strong and able to survive the impossible. It was an honor to serve and protect you as a soldier now turned veteran for 9 years. I am glad to live in the U. S. fucking A.!

I saw the guys in May when they came to Memphis for our 3 day MusicFest on the river, and let me tell you they were the ONLY ones that led a USA chant (3 stages, 3 days, you do the math). Even people that had never heard of Disturbed before walking past the stage stopped to join in, even if they continued on after it was over. The show kicked ass naturally, but their impressive show of patriotism and appreciation for the men and women fighting to protect 300 million perfect strangers was moving and has endeared me to the band for life. IMO, anyone that can't feel their heart pound when they participate in one of these chants is seriously fucked up in the head.

All it takes is the voice of one to get it going, but the voice of ten thousand can shake the stars.

USA. All the Way. To anyone in the service (or has family that is/was), I leave you with this: ROCK ON!!!!

These guys are amazing, i meean they could just go out there, sing, make money and say fuck everyone else, but they dont. they give as much as they can to the fans. they put themselves on the same level as the fans, they dont see themselves as better. i saw them and a few other bands at Rock on the range in columbus, ohio...and no one was like them, they didnt bitch and moan like serj tanikan did about president bush, they werent negative, just positive and supportive of our country and of course the people that allow us to be free, our soliders.
